Model Gisele Bündchen is living her best life at 40.
“I feel better at 40 than I felt at 30, I can tell you that much,” Bündchen shared on a Dior Digital Talk episode on YouTube. In the video, which she co-hosted with journalist Phillip Picardi, the soon-to-be 41-year-old spoke openly on how she feels about aging.
“I think the 40s are going to be awesome. The 20s were a little challenging, I’m not going to lie,” she shared. “The 30s, I was getting a grip on stuff. Now the 40s, I’m like, ‘Let’s go!'”
One thing Bündchen has found that she focuses care on is her eyes.
“As I’m maturing, I will say [it] is where I definitely notice that is where I want to have the most care.”
She later added, “I go the extra mile, the extra point of actually looking someone in the eyes. Just trying to send a positive vibration, a positive energy to the eyes because the eyes are very powerful.”
This isn’t the first time Bündchen, who has two children with husband Tom Brady, has opened up about getting older.
“When I look at these changes and see a reflection of all the years I’ve lived so far, I feel an incredible sense of gratitude,” she told Allure in late 2020. “As I’ve gotten older, I have grown more comfortable in my own skin, and I’m grateful for every experience, and every year of my life so far.”
