This was AMAZING! I had no idea what I would receive….in such a emotional, stressful time, I had no idea if this was a scam, would be anything like the website, would be damaged, or worst of all wouldn’t arrive! The funeral home had a casket like I ordered but it was $10,000.00 dollars more!!
I called them and they were wonderful! Talked me through the entire thing. Assured me I would receive it in 1 working day..which I really didn’t believe, but I went ahead. I had to plan the funeral in 3 days, start to finish!
Long story,short… Everything was exactly as they promised! Arrived on time, perfect condition and beautiful!! A real miracle!

very affordable casket. quality was just as good as funeral home. takes about 5 days to get I thought overnight meant you could get in overnight but I was wrong. had to pay extra to get it on time. but very satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this to others.

I was hesitant in purchasing a casket on line but because I had a few days until the funeral, I thought I could save $1,200. (This amount was lessed because the funeral home charged $350 to accept it. But, it was still an $850 reduction.) I thought if does not arrive timely, I could purchase the funeral home casket. I purchased the casket on a Wednesday to be delivered by dayend the next Tuesday. The casket arrived on Thursday which was 25 hours after I ordered it. I was stunned but it truly lessened the stress of an already difficult time.

The casket was beautiful! My mom would have loved it. My 95 year old grandmother stated she wanted one exactly like it in blue. Although, I do not want to phatom another loss, I would like to suggest adding the Mother casket with blue accents.

Kudos to Online Caskets for being so efficient in a situation where time is of the essence.

The delivery service was horrible! I paid extra for rush delivery. Hurricane Idalia came through. Casket delivered to tampa airport but the courier didn’t get notified. I almost had to pay double amount just to have a casket to bury my mom from the funeral home.
