Sadie Frost shuts luxury yoga wear company with debts of £156,000 in just three years

WHEN Sadie Frost’s fashion label FrostFrench went bust in 2009, it had debts of £4million.

So it’s good that her latest clothing venture, activewear firm Frost, is practically a success story in comparison, as it has closed after three years while, ahem, a mere £156,000 in the red.

Despite a high-profile launch and her collections being stocked in Selfridges, it struggled to make a profit.

Financial documents show it had assets of £125,000, although it looks like Sadie will still be £30,000 out of pocket.

The firm’s website has now ceased operating and features a message saying it is “undergoing some essential maintenance”, meaning customers cannot place any orders.

Among the items Sadie was selling was a whole collection made for doing yoga in.

While promoting it shortly after the launch, she said of her passion for yoga: “Sometimes 20 minutes is all I’ve got. Other days I have a bit more but I’m not going to be fanatical.

“We’re now living a good 20 or 30 years longer so we have to keep healthier for longer. You also have to finance yourself, your children and your parents. It’s so important to be focused and calm because we’ve got to be the ones holding everything together.”

After filing paperwork at Companies House to formally close the company this week, Sadie shared a list on Instagram of all the things she does each day to “keep sane.”

That included waking early, praying, walking her dog, writing a gratitude list, drinking a green smoothie and ensuring she didn’t “worry too much”.

Perhaps that, and all of her hours doing yoga, is what got her where she is now.

There’s no amount of downward dogs which could chill me out if I was in her position.

Rita's having pucker time in Paris

LIFE is sweet for Rita Ora as she poses with a giant stick of candyfloss during a trip to Disneyland Paris.

The singer pouted perfectly in a pair of oversized shades for the fun-filled day in the resort and revealed she even shed a tear during a French singalong of Disney’s Frozen hit Let It Go.

She wrote on Instagram: “I can’t believe the fireworks at the end. I actually cried. Even though I didn’t understand it in French but you know I know Let It Go off by heart, so.”

The Disneyland visit was part of Rita’s romantic trip to the French capital with her director fiancé Taika Waititi. Later she was spotted leaving her hotel in a skimpy yellow outfit for drinks with friends.

Singer's show never better

FOLLOWING the release of new single Last Thing I’ll Ever Need, Loren Allred is clearly flying high.

When she took to the stage at Omeara in London on Thursday night, she sounded better than ever before.

Fans of Britain’s Got Talent will remember her from this year’s series where she was a runner-up in the final.

Her powerful voice and talent – which landed her the vocals on Never Enough in hit movie The Greatest Showman – shone through as she worked through her solo songs, as well as covers of Audrey Hepburn’s Moon River and The Zutons’ song Valerie, memorably covered by Amy Winehouse.

Loren was overcome with emotion at some points, telling the crowd: “Britain’s Got Talent was so much fun.

“It was such a journey for me and it brought me to all of you guys.”

Her singing voice, however, never cracked or faltered.

I see big things ahead for Loren.

Craig in the pool in Ibiza

CRAIG David was back to his best as he hosted his TS5 pool party at Ibiza Rocks.

The singer has had a tough few years at the hands of a stalker, who was banned from contacting him for five years earlier this month.

Craig was keen to put the nightmare behind him and told the crowds at his gig on The White Isle how pleased he was to be moving on.

Speaking from his booth to the packed audience, he said: “I remember when I wasn’t happy. But we are here, right now, together, and I feel like by every song I play, I am getting to know you better.”

Craig added: “I’m privileged to be able to throw this party to connect us because the last couple of years has been a struggle for so many people. Seeing us all here today is cool.”
