Mark Salling Appears in Good Spirits After His Workout

The 33-year-old former Glee actor showed off his muscles in a tank top. He appeared to be in good spirits following his recent arrest on child pornography charges.

Mark is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow (January 22), but he is not expected to be in attendance in the court room, according to Crime Watch Daily. Sources also said that California will not be pursuing charges in the case and it will be handed over to federal investigators to decide if the case should be continued.
