When I opened the box there is a little damage to the top left corner however you cannot tell unless you are up and close to it but the box had some damage so shipping incidents happen. The plug is an EU plug so had to grab a new power supply from my spare cable box. Other than that this is AWESOME, highly recommended for anyone that wants to buy one. I will be ordering a 2nd one for my other set up. Anytime I reached out to the seller they were very prompt with answering any questions I had.
