John Stamos gets Gleeful at the shows season two premier party
He most recently did a three-year stint on hit medical drama ER.
But John Stamos will of course be forever known as 'Uncle Jesse' from the 1980s comedy Full House - and last night he was showing off his lighter side again.
The actor was in a jovial mood as he walked the red carpet at the Glee Season 2 Premier party and DVD release at Paramount Studios in Hollywood last night.
He couldn't seem to keep his hands to himself as he posed for pictures with his co-stars, even planting a huge kiss on the cheek of a stunning looking Jayma Mays.

The actress, who plays Emma Pillsbury in the hit Fox show, didn't seem to mind.
But Emma wasn't the only one receiving some attention from the clearly excited Mr Stamos.
Both Cory Monteith who plays Finn Hudson and Matthew Morrison who plays Will Schuester got some love from the 47-year-old actor who guest starred on the show for the Britney Spears themed episode.

The party, held at the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood, also saw Lea Michele and Emmy winner Jane Lynch along with Naya Rivera and Mark Salling.
The party revealed some sneak peaks of the upcoming season including one couple breaking up, one staying together, someone gets a boob job and the much anticipated Britney Spears cameo.
Glee's second season debuts on Fox on September 21st with a club trip to New York City and a choral rendition of Jay-z's 'Empire State of Mind.'
