METHOD FOR PROVIDING VENDOR FOCUSED INTERNET SHOPPING-MALL USING VENDOR-CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND SYSTEM THEREOF
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a method for providing an Internet shopping-mall and a system thereof, and more particularly to a method for providing an Internet shopping-mall and a system thereof capable of offering a discount etc. to purchasers in shopping-relation to vendors. [2] The life of the human being has been greatly changed according to the developments of Internet communication. An e-commerce is a typical example among them. That is, an offline shop is changed into a virtual shop through the Internet communication and purchasers are connected to the Internet network, so that the purchasers can purchase the desired articles through the virtual shop.
[3] The Internet shopping-mall divides into a direct management method, in that the operator of the shopping-mall is the business subject, and an open-market method, in that the operator of the shopping-mall servers to connect the purchasers to the vendors through the Internet shopping-mall.
[4] In case of the direct management method, since the vendor is identical with the operator of the shopping-mall as a business subject thereof, there is a merit in that the operator can act at his discretion. However, it has a difficulty in advertising owing to a characteristic of the Internet.
[5] Also, since the Internet shopping-mall is a virtual shop, there is a defect in that it has a difficulty in finding the purchasers without advertising. Moreover, it is difficult for the purchasers to confide in the personal shopping-mall. That is, as though it is approved, they feel uneasy about the delivery or repair service thereof.
[6] In order to solve these problems, recently, the large open-market becomes active. In case of the open-market, since the operator thereof selectively advertises the goods of the purchasers, the purchasers can be seduced into the open-market.
[7] The open-market method can prevent the spam-mail advertisement. Also, it can offer the purchasers convenience through the E-mail advertisement. Especially, since the big open-market is a great help to convenience of the purchaser, it can prevent the contraction of e-commerce. There are an Interpark and G-market and so forth as a representative example.
[8] However, since the open-market serves to exhibit only the goods in the virtual shop and delivery only the sold goods to the purchaser, the vendor cannot provide a discriminative service to the purchasers according to the company's business.
[9] That is, in the conventional open-market, even though the vendor has the purchaser information for delivering (for example, address, telephone number, E-mail and so on), it cannot provide the management tool service capable of directly communicating with the purchaser by using the information of the vendors except for the operator of the open-market.
[10] For example, in the conventional open-market, where the vendor A gives a discount for specific goods to the purchaser B of purchasing a plurality of goods, a discount rate can be applied according to the number of purchasing provided by the open-market itself or the cost of specific goods can be discounted. However, there are limits in that it is impossible to fix the discount rate by his own will and the cost of specific goods should be equally discounted to another purchaser.
[11] Also, the vendor cannot advertise his goods on desired condition. That is, where the vendor intends to discount at an enormous sum for royal customer, or at a small sum for general customer, there is a limit in that it cannot offer the pertinent advertisements to the royal or general customer.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[37] A preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[38] Here, the shopping human networking means shopping-relations between the vendor and the purchasing customer via the online shopping, the vendor and a member of requesting the shopping networking to the vendor, or the vendor and the existed customer of another site or offline site invited through the E-mail.

[44] In case that the customer is a member of the shopping-mall according to the present invention, he can conduct the shopping networking through the member information in the off-line shop or another virtual shop. Where the customer is not a member of the shopping-mall according to the present invention, the vendor informs the customer of the shopping networking invitation request through the E-mail, etc. and then, the customer accepts the invitation request, so that the shopping networking is constituted and he can become a member of the shopping-mall according to the present invention.
[45] As described above, the shopping networking request can be conducted by the vendor or purchase. However, as shown in FIG. 1, for descriptive convenience sake, the shopping networking request is conducted by only the purchaser's computer 130.
[46] The shopping networking processing portion 111 serves to automatically constitute the shopping networking based on the shopping networking request and store the constituted shopping networking in the shopping networking database 113 (S 103).
[47] In case that the shopping networking database 113 further includes a purchaser database and a vendor database, a field illustrating the shopping networking information can be added to each database. Also, a separate database may be formed besides the purchaser database and vendor database.
[48] The shopping networking database 113 may be in the form of a linked-list, a tree, a relational database and so on. In case that the shopping networking database 113 is independently formed, the information of the purchaser and vendor can be inserted into the shopping networking database 113. Also, the information of the purchaser or vendor can be stored in one field of the purchaser database or the vendor database.
[49] The shopping networking data processing portion 117 servers to receive the information of the purchasers in shopping-relation to the vendor from the shopping networking database 113 according to the shopping networking information request received from the vendor's computer 150 (S 105 and S 107) and classify the received information of the purchasers according to a predetermined basis (S 109).
[50] Also, the shopping networking data processing portion 117 servers to transmit the information of the classified purchasers to the vendor's computer 150 (Sl 11). The predetermined basis may be the number of purchasing, a memorial day of the purchaser and so on.
[51] For example, in case of the number of purchasing, it divides into 1-3 times, 4-6 times, 7-9 times, more than 10 times and so forth, so that the information of the purchasers corresponding to the pertinent number is transmitted to the vendor's computer 150. Here, the number of purchasing as the classification basis may be specified by the vendor.
[52] That is, the vendor can change the basis of the number of purchasing with 1-5 times, 6-10 times, more than 11 times.
[53] In case of the memorial day of the purchaser as the classification basis, the information of the purchasers, whose birthday is within a week or this month, can be transmitted to the vendor's computer 150.
[54] Here, the number of purchasing as the classification basis may be specified by the vendor.
[55] The predetermined basis may be varied according to the member information of the purchasers registered in the Internet shopping-mall according to the present invention. For example, in case of an alma mater thereof as the classification basis, the purchasers can be classified according to the alma mater of the vendor.
[56] Also, the vendor can input compensation information corresponding to each classification according to the information of the classified purchasers. The compensation information may be a discount rate, a discount money, a cyber money, a mileage point and so on.
[57] For example, in the shopping networking data processing portion 117, where the purchasers divide into 1-3 times, 4-6 times, 7-9 times, more than 10 times based on the number of purchasing, it can furnish the discount rates of 5%, 7%, 10%, and 15% as compensation information, respectively.
[58] Also, in the shopping networking data processing portion 117, where the purchasers divide into 1-3 times, 4-6 times, 7-9 times, more than 10 times based on the number of purchasing, it can furnish the discount moneys of 500\, l,000\, l,500\, and 3,000\ as compensation information, respectively.

[62] Also, where another purchaser "C" in shopping-relation to a vendor "A" loges in the shopping-mall and intends to purchase "goods A" provided by the vendor "A", the purchaser "C" having the number of purchasing of 5 times can confirm a normal price thereof together with the pertinent compensation information (7% discount or l,000\ discount). Here, the pertinent compensation information can be displayed together with the normal price or only a price subtracted the compensation information value from the normal price can be displayed.
[63] The sever 110 of the vendor focused Internet shopping-mall providing system 100 using the shopping networking sources according to the present invention further includes the E-mail request processing portion 115.
[64] The E-mail request processing portion 115 serves to transmit the E-mail including the compensation information received from the vendor's computer 150 to the purchaser's computer 130(S201). Also, the E-mail request processing portion 115 serves to search "yes" or "no" of the shopping networking between the purchaser and the vendor (S203) and send the request E-mail of the shopping networking to the purchaser's computer 130 in case that the shopping networking is not formed.
[65] The purchaser's computer 130 may be any computer of the purchaser in shopping- relation to the vendor or any purchaser's computer admitted to another site or offline shop operated by the vendor. That is, the receiver of the E-mail through the E-mail request processing portion 115 can be anyone 115 irrespective of the shopping networking.
[66] Here, although the specific purchaser is not in shopping-relation to the vendor, since the E-mail letter transmitted through the E-mail request processing portion 115 includes the consent request of the shopping networking, the specific purchaser of receiving the E-mail through his E-mail address accepts the consent request of the shopping networking, so that the shopping networking can be formed between the purchaser and the vendor.
[67] Also, the compensation information may be a discount rate, a discount money, a cyber money, a mileage point and so on.
[68] For example, the purchaser of receiving the E-mail can obtain the cyber money of
100 won in compensation for the mail receiving. Accordingly, since the purchaser can obtain the cyber money in compensation for the mail receiving, the purchaser can make a good purchase and it can a good effectiveness of advertising through the E- mail advertising of the vendor.
[69] Also, different compensation information can be transmitted to the purchasers classified according to a predetermined basis. That is, differentiated compensation can be provided to loyal customers, so that an effective marketing can be conducted. If the sold goods are articles of consumption, the use-by date thereof is calculated and it can request the E-mail from the pertinent purchaser.
[70] For example, in case of a shampoo, next to about three months, the E-mail including a shampoo advertising, compensation information on the mail receiving, and classified customer compensation information and so on can be transmitted to the pertinent purchaser.
[71] Here, where "yes" or "no" of the shopping networking between the purchaser and the vendor is searched in the E-mail request processing portion 115, it can search in the networking shopping networking database 113 through the shopping networking processing portion 111 or directly search in the networking shopping networking database 113.
[72] For example, in case that the purchaser of receiving the E-mail has no business relations with the vendor through the shopping-mall, he can be a royal customer in the offline shop of the vendor. At this time, the vendor requests the E-mail from the customer and send the E-mail letter including the consent request of the shopping networking to the customer. The purchaser accepts the consent request of the shopping networking, so that he automatically becomes a member of the shopping-mall and the shopping networking can be formed between the purchaser and the vendor.
[73] FIG. 2 illustrates an interface of a purchaser management tool for shopping networking of the vendor focused Internet shopping-mall providing system using shopping (human) networking sources according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[74] As shown in FIG. 2, the purchaser management tool for shopping networking includes a list classification interface for shopping networking 210 and a purchaser information window 220 for displaying the purchase information selected and classified through the list classified interface for shopping networking 210.
[75] In the list classification interface for shopping networking 210, various bases are displayed. The basis may be the number of purchasing, a memorial day of the purchaser, his alma mater and so on. The basis may be various according to the information of the purchaser inputted during becoming a member or later on.
[76] The purchasers are classified based on the addresses thereof and different advertising E-mail can be sent according to regional characteristics. Also, where the alma mater of the purchaser is identical with that of the vendor, he can get a discount favor through an inputting of the compensation information. Moreover, where a wedding anniversary of the purchaser is inputted, he can get a discount favor through an inputting of the compensation information in the pertinent month or it can put an advertisement thereof through the E-mail.
[77] The E-mail sending interface 230 serves to send the E-mail for advertising to the purchasers classified based on the classification bases selected through the list classification interface for shopping networking 210. The E-mail sending interface 230 may be a button or icon type. However, the present invention is not limited to the shape thereof.
[78] In case that the vendor intends to form the shopping networking, an invitation interface for shopping networking 240 can be utilized. For example, in order to invite a customer in the offline shop of the vendor, where the vendor clicks the invitation interface for shopping networking 240 and inputs the E-mail address of the customer, the E-mail letter including the consent request of the shopping networking is sent to the customer. In this case, the purchaser accepts the consent request of the shopping networking, so that he automatically becomes a member of the shopping-mall and the shopping networking can be formed between the purchaser and the vendor.
[79] FIG. 3 illustrates an interface of a compensation information input tool of the vendor focused Internet shopping-mall providing system using shopping (human) networking sources according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[80] As shown in FIG. 3, the compensation information input tool 300 includes a list window for shopping networking based on classification basis 310 and a compensation information input window 320. In the list window for shopping networking based on classification basis 310, the list for shopping networking is displayed according to the number of purchasing.
[81] In the compensation information input window 320, an article name, selling price, compensation cost and so on can be displayed. Also, the vendor can input the compensation information based on the classification basis. For example, in case of the purchaser corresponding to 1-2 times based on the number of purchasing, the vendor can input 1,000 won discount into the compensation information input interface 321. Also, in case of the purchaser corresponding to 3-6 times based on the number of purchasing, the vendor can input 3,000 won discount into the compensation information input interface 323.
[82] FIG. 4 illustrates another interface of a compensation information input tool of the vendor focused Internet shopping-mall providing system using shopping (human) networking sources according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[83] As shown in FIG. 4, the compensation information input tool 300a includes another list window for shopping networking based on classification basis 310a and another compensation information input window 320a. In the list window for shopping networking based on classification basis 310a, the list for shopping networking is displayed according to the memorial day of purchaser. Here, the memorial day can be a birthday and wedding anniversary of the purchaser and so forth.
[84] In the compensation information input window 320a, an article name, selling price, compensation cost and so on can be displayed. Also, the vendor can input the compensation information based on the classification basis. For example, where the memorial day of the purchase is within a week, the vendor can input 5,000 won discount into the compensation information input interface 321a. Also, if the memorial day of the purchase is within two weeks, the vendor can input 1,000 won discount into the compensation information input interface 323a.
[85] In the present invention, it is possible to use a computer-readable recorder medium.
The computer-readable recorder medium includes all kinds of recorders capable of storing a computer-readable data.
[86] The computer-readable recorder medium may be a ROM, a RAM, a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device and so on. Also, the computer-readable recorder medium may be in the type of a carrier wave for Internet- transmission.
[87] The computer-readable recorder medium is dispersed in the computer system connected to a network communication. The computer-readable code can be stored and executed through a distributed processing. Here, the functional computer program, code, and code segments for implementing the present invention can be easily assembled by computer programmers.

Industrial Applicability
[89] The present invention relates to a wireless-data communication authentication system in that an authentication channel for performing a process of connection setting for wireless data-communicating between a master device and a slave device is provided and second and fourth communication means capable of communicating through the authentication channel are formed, whereby performing a process of authentication through a LAN communication manner without inputting a shared key.
[90] While this invention has been described in connection with what are presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments and the drawings, but, on the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and variations within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims
[1] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship comprising the steps of: forming a shopping networking based on a shopping networking request received from a vendor's computer or a purchaser's computer in a server of the Internet shopping-mall; classifying information of the purchaser in shopping-relation to the vendor based on a predetermined basis according to the shopping networking information request received from the vendor's computer and transmitting it to the vendor's computer in the server of the Internet shopping-mall; receiving compensation information corresponding to each classification according to the information of the classified purchasers from the vendor's computer in the sever of the Internet shopping-mall; and transmitting the compensation information to the purchaser's computer.
[2] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the steps of transmitting an E-mail including the compensation information received from the vendor's computer to the purchaser's computer and sending a request E-mail of the shopping networking to the purchaser's computer, in case that the shopping networking is not formed, in the server.
[3] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the shopping networking request, the purchaser requests a purchase of the vendor's goods or interested goods, or the vendor requests an invitation of the purchaser for shopping networking.
[4] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined basis is any one of a number of purchasing and memorial day of the purchaser.
[5] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compensation information is any one of a discount rate, a discount money, a cyber money, and a mileage point.
[6] A method for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mail reception compensation information is any one of a discount rate, a discount money, a cyber money, and a mileage point.
[7] A system for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship comprising: a shopping networking database; a shopping networking processing portion for automatically forming a shopping networking based on a shopping networking request received from a vendor's computer or a purchaser's computer and storing the constituted shopping networking in the shopping networking database; and a shopping networking data processing portion for receiving information of the purchaser in shopping-relation to the vendor from the shopping networking database according to the shopping networking information request received from the vendor's computer, classifying the received information of the purchaser according to a predetermined basis, transmitting it to the vendor's computer, receiving compensation information corresponding to each classification according to the information of the classified purchasers from the vendor's computer, storing the compensation information in the shopping networking database, and transmitting the compensation information to the purchaser's computer.
[8] A system for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 7, further comprising an E-mail request processing portion for transmitting the E-mail having the mail reception compensation information received from the vendor's computer to the purchaser's computer and sending a request E-mail of the shopping networking to the purchaser's computer in case that the shopping networking is not formed.
[9] A system for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the shopping networking request, the purchaser requests a purchase of the vendor's goods or interested goods, or the vendor requests an invitation of the purchaser for shopping networking.
[10] A system for providing vendor focused internet shopping-mall using vendor- customer relationship as claimed in claim 7, wherein the predetermined basis is any one of a number of purchasing and memorial day of the purchaser.
