Abstract

A method for making data-driven management decisions for use in total resource management including input of decision data and system state data into various evaluation stages. The cost associated with each evaluation stage (20, 30, 40, 50) is calculated and the total costs is determined based on the aggregate of the costs from each evaluation state (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5). A sensitivity analysis can be performed by altering the decision data input into each evaluation stage.
