Still another object of the inventionpropos'es providing a change pocket upon the central portion of the horizontal rectangular section which is provided with an expanding iront Wall in a manner to permit the carrying capacityo thisv pocket to be increasedy by expanding'tle said Wall.
Still another object of' the invention'proposes providing a means for movably' mountingthe pocket located on the central portion of the horizontal section to be shirtable into either of the side pockets formed upon the horizontal section.
For further comprehension of the invention, and oi the objects and advantages thereof, reference will be had to the following description and accompanying drawings, and to the appended claims in which the various novel fea- 2 tures'ol': the inventionare more particularly set forth.
In the accompanying' drawings' forming a material partv of this disclosure Fig.' 1 is aperspectiv'e view'of a bill fold con'- stiu'ct'd in accordance with this` invention, and in its completely closed position.

'Ihe bill fold, according. to this invention; comprises' anl outer'flexible sheet l0` of leather or other siin'ilaz" material which has a horizontal rectangular section I`I- of a size slightly' larger v than the4 billete beplaced inthe bill fold and threeslightlyseparate'd vertical rectangular sec-- tions" I2, I3 and I4` continuing from the bottom edge thereof'. The endi'no'st vertical sections l2 and I4 are be'nt upvvard'sinto a superimposed position upon' the ends of the horizontal section II. or'other similar material, is disposed behind the end verti'cal sections I2? and' Il and is ar-Vv rangedr congruentwith the horizontal section II; Stitches areprovi'de'd for attachingthe sides and the bottom of theL inner flexible sheet I5 to the sides and the bottom of the horizontal section ITI for Mforming a horizontal pocket' Iii having an ope'nt'op intowhich bills are adapted to be en'- gaged. Stitches l'I attach the top, bottom and outer side edges of` the endmost sections I2 and I4 to the adiacenti edges' of. thei'nner' flexible sheet'4 IE'I forms' pockets' I8 having inner open sides.
A flexible sheet i9 is disposed upon the central section I3. This flexible sheet I9 has its side and bottom edges attached to the adjacent edges of the central section I3 by means of stitches 20 forming a pocket ZI having an open top.
A top cover flap 2| is attached to the central portion of the top edge of the horizontal rec- An inner flexible sheet I5, also of leather 3 tangular section II and is arranged to cooperate with the central section I3 to maintain the bill fold in a closed position which will be more fully described as this specication proceeds.
A pocket 22 is mounted in position upon the central portion of the inner exible sheet I5. This pocket 22 is formed of material consisting of a front wall 23 which continues at its bottom edge into a vertical back wall 24, which in turn continues into a closure flap 25. The front wall 23 is provided with several expandable gussets 26 which are adapted to be extended for increasing the carrying capacity of the pocket 22. fasteners 21 are arranged between the flap portion 25 and the front wall portion 23 for maintaining the open top of the pocket 22 closed by the flap portion 25.
As shown in Fig. 3, the end portions of the central horizontal section II are adapted to be bent into position on the central portion thereof and the bottom central section I3 is adapted to be bent into a superimposed position upon these superimposed end portions, as shown in Fig. 1. The free edge of the top cover fiap 2I is adapted to be bent downwards over the free top edge of the bottom vertical section I3. A snap fastener element 2'I is mounted on the ap 2| and is adapted to be engaged with a complementary snap fastener element 28 on the central vertical section I3 for maintaining the bill fold in its` folded closed position.
The junction portion of the top cover flap 2| is provided with a pair of spaced eyelets 29. These eyelets 29 are adapted to have a long or short key chain or otherV articles attached thereto.
The upwardly bent end sections I2 and I4 and the flexible sheet I9 secured in position upon the central section I3 are formed with central openings 30 forming frame-like panels. These central openings 39 are adapted to be closed by means of transparent sheets 3l for permitting pictures to be carried within these pockets and to be easily viewed in the open condition of the bill fold.
In the form of the invention shown in Figs. 8 and 9 the pocket 22 disposed upon the central portion of the inner exible sheet I is slidably mounted upon straps 35. The straps 35 are passed through aligned slots 36 formed in the sides of the pocket 22 permitting the pocket to be moved relative to the straps. The free ends of the straps 35 are projected into the pockets formed by the upwardly bent end sections I2 and I4 and are secured in position within these pockets. The provision of slidably mounting the pocket 22 upon the straps 35 permits the pocket to be shifted relative to the inner flexible sheet I5 to locate the pocket 22' within either of the pockets formed by the upwardly bent end sections I2 and I4.
In other respects this form of the invention is similar to that previously shown and like reference numerals identify like parts in each of the several views.
This application is a substitute for abandoned application Serial No. 513,023, filed December 6, 1943.

While I have illustrated and described the preferred embodiments of my invention, it is to be understood that I do not limit myself to the precise constructions herein disclosed and the right is reserved to all changes and modiiications coming within the scope of the invention as dened in the appended claims.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by United States Letters Patent is:
1. A bill fold having three adjacent panels adapted to be folded into a superimposed position with pockets formed on the inner face of each of the outer panels which are open along their inner edges, a pocket positioned on the center panel, and means for horizontally slidably supporting said pocket to be movable into either of the pockets on the outer panels when desired, said means for slidably supporting said pocket comprising vertically spaced horizontal straps extended across said center panel and having their ends projected into the pockets on said outer panels, means securing said straps in position in said pockets on said panels, said pocket being formed at its sides with vertically spaced horizontally aligned pairs of slots through which the intermediate areas of said straps pass.
2. A bill fold having a plurality of adjacent panels adapted to be folded into a superimposed position with pockets formed on the inner face of the outer panels which are open along their inner edges, a pocket positioned on a central panel, and means for horizontally slidably supporting said pocket to be movable into pockets onv the outer panels when desired, said means for slidably supporting said pocket comprising vertically spaced horizontal straps extended across said center panel and having their ends projected into the pockets on said outer panels, means securing said straps in position in said pockets on said panels, said pocket being formed at its sides with vertically spaced horizontally aligned pairs of slots through which the intermediate areas of said straps pass.
