- washing machines In commercial laundries are used for wet treatment, and in particular for Washing and, if necessary, for subsequent spin, several washing machines Use. Machines with which the laundry is washed and can be subsequently thrown, are in the jargon as Waschschleudern designated. If, in the following, for the sake of simplicity, only Washing machines is the talk, it also means washes, which is what the invention also relates.
- washing machines In commercial laundries several washing machines are used to at the same time different laundry items with similar or dissimilar To wash clothes. For this it is customary so far, the washing machines like an island to arrange at different points in the laundry. This arrangement will be made All chosen therefore, so that the washing machines for repair of all Pages are freely accessible.
- the disadvantage of this, however, is the large footprint and the Insulated loading of washing machines with laundry and the separate liquid and Power supply. Especially in sterile areas, for example in hospital laundries, where the dirty laundry of sterilized, clean laundry spatially must be delimited by partitions, is the individual list of Washing machines very expensive.
- the invention has the object, a device with several washing machines for wet treatment of laundry as well as appropriate To create washing machines that are space saving and especially in the Insert the sterile area.
- An apparatus for solving the above object has the features of Claim 1. Because the washing machines are arranged side by side, They can be stored space-saving within a laundry. The loading and Unloading the washing machine is simplified because it is spatially concentrated. Similarly, the adjacent washing machines are easier, namely with shorter lines, to the power supply and the liquid supply and removal connected. The washing machines are so concentrated together and are thereby also easier to use and monitor.
- all washing machines are in a row, in particular a single Row, arranged.

gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung Waschmaschinen
gemäß den Oberbegriffen der Ansprüche 11 und 15.The invention relates to a device for washing and, if necessary, spinning laundry
according to the preamble of
In commercial laundries are used for wet treatment, and in particular for Washing and, if necessary, for subsequent spin, several washing machines Use. Machines with which the laundry is washed and can be subsequently thrown, are in the jargon as Waschschleudern designated. If, in the following, for the sake of simplicity, only Washing machines is the talk, it also means washes, which is what the invention also relates.
In commercial laundries several washing machines are used to at the same time different laundry items with similar or dissimilar To wash clothes. For this it is customary so far, the washing machines like an island to arrange at different points in the laundry. This arrangement will be made All chosen therefore, so that the washing machines for repair of all Pages are freely accessible. The disadvantage of this, however, is the large footprint and the Insulated loading of washing machines with laundry and the separate liquid and Power supply. Especially in sterile areas, for example in hospital laundries, where the dirty laundry of sterilized, clean laundry spatially must be delimited by partitions, is the individual list of Washing machines very expensive.
Based on the above, the invention has the object, a device with several washing machines for wet treatment of laundry as well as appropriate To create washing machines that are space saving and especially in the Insert the sterile area.
An apparatus for solving the above object has the features of
Preferably, all washing machines are in a row, in particular a single Row, arranged. The washing machines are close to each other with each other adjacent side walls. The washing machines are preferably so dense juxtaposed, leaving their adjacent side walls gapless lie against each other or almost without gaps with a small distance parallel next to each other run. For this purpose, it is advantageous to the side walls of the washing machines wholly or at least largely planar. In particular, the Side walls via no connections for electrical cables and fluid lines. In addition, the side walls have no maintenance openings in the Areas of the side walls. It allows the washing machines as densest as possible be compiled.
So that the washing machines despite lying or close to each other Side walls are supplied with electrical energy and liquids and In addition, a mounting and maintenance is possible, the interior of the housing is the Washing machines accessible from the front, back and / or top. Preferably, there is accessibility from all three pages mentioned. Thereby a trouble-free installation and maintenance of the washing machines is guaranteed. As well can easily handle power lines and fluid lines for the supply and discharge of Liquids are connected. In addition, on the pages mentioned the Loading and unloading the washing machines done. Such a trained Washing machines meet the formation of the device according to the invention required series arrangement of the washing machines with the shortest possible distance or without a space between the adjacent side walls.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, they are next to each other in series arranged washing machines in the region of a partition wall between two rooms, in particular for the separation of a clean room arranged. In this case, the partition wall between each two adjacent washing machines either a separation surface or at least one seal on. But it is also conceivable, the washing machines so tight juxtaposed to arrange that their adjacent side walls self-sealing lie together. Due to the arrangement of the washing machines can with essentially a simple partition a spatial separation between the Loading area and the unloading area of the washing machines. This contrasts with a reliable separation, in particular of an unsterile area ensures a sterile area. Above all, this separation can be on the smallest Room done.
The device according to the invention is further designed such that side by side arranged washing machines independently by at least one preferably horizontal axis (tilt axis) are tiltable. This allows the washing machines despite their row arrangement as needed in a loading position, unloading position and / or Sling position be brought. Preferably, the washing machines are independent tilted from each other in the opposite direction, in particular alternatively forward or backward. By the juxtaposition of the invention Washing machines will their individual tiltability, even in opposite Directions, thus not impaired. The different washing machines can in different positions, both untilted, forward, or tilted backwards. As a result, they are arranged side by side Washing machines operated independently.
A development of the device according to the invention provides, several washing machines, preferably all washing machines, together from at least one same container with liquid, especially washing water to supply. Such a common container can be stored to save space, because not everyone Washing machine is assigned a separate container. Preferably, several, especially all washing machines, a common container for holding the Spin associated accumulating liquid, especially water, associated. It may be in this case act around the same container from which the washing machines with water are available. This also makes it unnecessary to provide multiple containers and In addition, this can also be saved space.
It is further provided, preferably all washing machines a common Assign control. Preferably, this common control is designed that each individual washing machine can be controlled independently of each other. As a result, not only a central operability is given; the controller can too be simplified. Due to the individual controllability of each individual washing machine is it possible to operate these independently of each other. In particular, each one can Washing machine with different washing programs for different types of laundry be operated, and even with a time delay. The washing program and the washing time So you do not need to run the same for every washing machine.
A washing machine for solving the above-mentioned problem has the features
of
It is further provided, the drum of the washing machine detachable with the Drive shaft of the engine to connect. In this way, the drum and the Motor to be mounted or dismounted separately. There is no need for it lateral accessibility to the washing machine, which makes it possible to use the washing machines to arrange directly next to each other in a row, as it is the invention Institution provides.
The detachable connection between the drum and the drive shaft takes place preferably frictionally and / or non-positively. Such a connection is easy even in cramped conditions assemble and disassemble.
It is further provided, the detachable connection between the engine and the Drum in such a way that it for recording or transmission of Torsionskräfte (driving forces) and bending moments is suitable. This kind of detachable connection contributes to the special power of washing machines Invoice, especially if when spinning at high speeds bending moments causing imbalances occur. In addition, bending moments arise when the Drum - which allows the compound of the invention - only on one end face is stored, on the output shaft of the engine.
The releasable connection is in a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention formed as a clamping ring set, which in a pot-like receptacle of a part of End wall of the drum is arranged. This pot-like recording of the clamping ring set also contributes to the creation of a compact design of the washing machine. In particular, this can make the washing machine as narrow as possible, because the friction or non-positive releasable formed by at least one clamping set Connection of the output shaft of the motor with the drum practically in the drum has been moved, wherein the cup-like formation of the corresponding area the end wall of the drum a sheltered accommodation of the respective clamping ring set within the outline of the drum.
Another washing machine for solving the above-mentioned problem has the
Features of
In the preferred embodiment of the base frame, the tilting frame is composed of two Kippgestellteilen formed and the base frame also still with a Base frame provided. In this way it is possible, the tilting frame relative to the Base frame to tilt a first horizontal axis in one direction while to a second horizontal axis that is parallel to the first axis, a Kippgestellteil is tilted relative to the other Kippgestellteil. This way, you become easy created two opposite tilting possibilities of the washing machine, whereby the opposite horizontal tilting axes for connecting the two Kippgestellteile or for connecting the tilting frame with the base frame a reliable and im Essentially play-free guidance of the individual Kippgestellteile or the Ensure complete tilting frame with respect to the base frame.

The invention relates to a plant for washing laundry in commercial
Laundries. This facility, referred to below as a facility, has a number

exemplarisch drei nebeneinander angeordnete Waschmaschinen 10 dargestellt.
zueinander. Benachbarte Seitenwandungen 11 nebeneinander liegender Waschmaschinen
10 begrenzen dadurch gegenüberliegende Seiten des Spalts 13.The peculiarity of the device according to the invention is that
eigenes Grundgestell.Each
The device shown in the figures is intended for the treatment of laundry, the

Eine Vorderseite 19 jeder Waschmaschine 10 weist zum Sterilbereich 16. Jede
Each washing machine is constructed so that in operation only from the top 21 and
the front 19 is accessible. In addition, the structure of each washing machine is 10

All
The control of all
verbunden.
In a special way, the
The tilting
nach vorn und nach unten geneigte Entladeöffnung 20.Two further, preferably parallel actuating means such as
anders angeordnet. It is also a reversal of the functions of

Waschmaschine 10, also in Richtung der Längsmittelachse 40, parallel verlaufende
Figs. 3 and 4 show the
A arranged in the
45 erstreckt.The
The
The open to the inside of the
